Here at Eighth Day we believe that food supplements are a useful and sometimes vital addition to an individual's diet and may also have a significant part to play in the prevention and cure of many illnesses and diseases.

We stock an extensive range of vegetarian and vegan vitamins and minerals from: Solgar, Quest, Lamberts, BioCare, Viridian, Higher Nature, Kordel's, Planetary Formulas, Potter's and Nature's Own.

We will happily take orders and source a supplier for vegetarian and vegan products which we do not currently stock wherever this is possible.

We have qualified staff available to give general advice on diet and nutrition as well as making recommendations for specific health problems.
