Ingredients - Serves 4
Piece of Cucumber, about two inches (50cm.) long.
1 Large Tub Yoghurt
1 Clove Garlic
2 Teaspoons Mint
Salt & Pepper
Method
- Crush
or very finely chop the garlic.
- Empty
the yoghurt into a suitable bowl and add the garlic, mint and
a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Chop
the cucumber into small dice and add to the yoghurt stirring it
well to mix. Serve as an accompaniment to any curry.
