Serrapeptase Testimonial…something a bit different from the usual column

For eighteen years Steve Clark had suffered from a painful cyst on his arm. The problem started just before going on holiday, as Steve explains, "I was advised by my doctor to have a typhoid jab before travelling to Barbados. I had a reaction to the jab immediately afterwards - I was tired, aching and felt sick. The area on my upper arm remained very sensitive and painful, then a lump appeared about the size of a pea and it continued to grow at an alarming pace. I was not able to sleep on that side and had to be very careful about friendly greetings in the form of slaps on the arm by long lost friends. By this time it was about the size of a golf ball so I went back to the doctor and various healthcare professionals but to no avail."

Steve was told the condition was called Neuroma Fibroma and the only treatment offered was pharmaceutical anti-inflammatories and painkillers. The lump continued to grow and Steve survived on painkillers for the next 18 years. Fortunately he came across a supplement called serrapeptase and after looking far and wide he eventually found it here, in 8th Day Shop. Once he started taking it, Steve noticed an improvement very quickly, "After only ten days there was an astounding 30% reduction in the size of the lump, and I could actually touch the area with much less pain." Steve is on his sixth bottle and says that each course makes a difference. The area on his upper arm is almost back to normal and he no longer takes painkillers.

Serrapeptase is an enzyme naturally present in the silkworm's intestine and is processed today through fermentation. It digests non-living tissue, blood clots, cysts and arterial plaque and inflammation in all forms. It costs £15.50 for 60 capsules.

Eighth Day's C.A.T.

We are now hosting a knitting club for those of you with a crafty urge! Knitting can be fun, relaxing and rewarding and is a skill which is sadly being lost over time as the consumer culture gathers pace. Why make your own clothes when you can go to Primark, buy something made in a sweatshop for a couple of pounds, and then discard it in a couple of months??? Make your own without breaking

the bank - go to your local charity shops for knitting needles and wool, or pick up a bargain on ebay. All knitters are welcome, from veterans to those who've never picked up a pair of knitting needles. Come along, make new friends, share your skills and enthusiasm, enjoy a meal. "Complete Knitters" meet every other Wednesday in the cafe from 5.30 - 8pm.

For more information contact Brenda at 8th Day, Fran on 07906 919219 or Rose on 07751 433295.
