This month's been a month of adventures for Ursula, first let us begin with her journey to beautiful

For 16 years Ursula has provided Eighth Day customers with health advice, and craic. A unique service which has finally been recognised at the Natural Trade Show in Harrogate where she won first prize for Individual excellence in nutritional knowledge.
Ursula impressed the judges by demonstrating her thorough understanding of natural health products and a genuine commitment to ongoing self-education.
Ursula says, "It's great to win - not only as recognition of my efforts but also to acknowledge the work that all the staff at Eighth Day do to promote healthy living. "I'm delighted to be playing my part in helping to educate people about the alternative remedies available. With bacteria developing resistance to regular antibiotics, and people generally taking a healthier approach to their lifestyles, more and more of us are looking for natural treatments instead."
