HANGOVER HELP FOR THE PARTY SEASON!
2 x multivitamin and mineral
6 x vitamin C, 1000mg (1 every two hours)
3 x antioxidant complex
5g L-glutamine powder in water
15-20 milk thistle drops

So, it's the morning after….but forget the greasy fry up, it will only add to the load.
Eat pure foods that will not add to the body's toxic burden.  Fruit and vegetables, high in antioxidants, are very beneficial, as is lots of water - 2litres (3.5 pints) per day.  Also drink cats claws tea.

Its party season, and let's face it most of us like a little tipple during the festive period.   Of course the best approach is moderation, and when you are partaking you need to learn to love your liver. The symptoms of excess alcohol are half dehydration and half intoxication.  Once the liver's ability to detoxify alcohol is exceeded, the body produces a toxic substance which brings about a headache. The following advice will reduce any 'morning after' symptoms.  So will drinking plenty of fluids, which dilutes the alcohol.
