Late last year, Sue came to see Ursula suffering
terribly with menopausal flushes - up to three every hour. She felt run
down
and was unable to sleep.
Ursula recommended Solgar’s Female Multivitamin - an excellent supplement
for women of all ages, offering substantial mineral support specifically
designed to support female balance. For lack of sleep 5HTP was suggested,
as
it has been shown in clinical studies to increase melatonin and serotonin
in the
brain, in turn decreasing the time required to get to sleep, as well as

Sue
