Organic Fruit & Veg
Local produce
will always be seasonal. Don’t be too hard on yourself if you buy
imported produce from time to time, but do be aware of what’s around
and aim to support organisations who are helping local growers. Why not
grow your own? Even if you have a small garden, a few pots and tubs could
provide you with some fresh vegetables for part of the year with zero
food miles! Take a look at the organic seeds for sale in the shop, right
next to the vegetable fridge.
