Bread Making Workshops Are Back!

Sunday 6th June 12-4pm

Learn how to make:

Ciabatta - a soft white bread that gives an opportunity to learn about both ‘sourdough’ and ‘sponge’ methods of baking, as well as an interesting kneading technique (contains wheat and yeast).

Cornbread - a no-knead, fast and tasty bread that can be made without gluten (contains egg and dairy).

£15 per head
Please book early as only 12 places are available.
Tickets from Eighth Day Shop.

Please bring an apron. Prior to the session, tie back long hair and remove nail varnish/false nails. Wear comfortable clothing and footwear. Please advise in advance of allergies/skin complaints on the hands or injuries that may affect your ability to stand and do vigorous kneading.
