Bread Making Workshop

by popular demand, a practical
introduction to baking real, nutritious bread - free from additives,
improvers and made with organic
flour. Two simple recipes will be demonstrated -
wholemeal soda bread (yeast free) and quick wholemeal
buns.
The
workshop will be ‘hands on’ with tips for
adapting recipes for those with special dietary
requirements. Attendees will be able to take home their
creations as well as recipes and ideas for further reading.
There will also be an opportunity to purchase ingredients
for future home-baking projects.
£5.00
per head including a glass of organic wine. Call in to the shop to book
in advance. Limited to 20 places.
Please
bring your own sieve, measuring jug and apron.
